was established in March of 2023 and is located in the Phelps Community Historical Society's Country Lawyer's Office at 7 Church St Phelps, NY Director: Michael Nash 585-789-0017 [email protected] Facebook Instagram Gallery Hours
Thursday - 5 PM-7 PM Friday - 3 PM-7 PM Saturday - Noon- 7 PM We will also be open during community events, occasionally on Sundays, and by appointment. |
