​Due to space limitations, the PCHS Collections Committee has established the following criteria for items being considered for donation:
 - Relevant to Phelps 
 -In good condition 
 -Item that can be properly cared for and /or stored by the PCHS
 -Not a duplicate of an item already in the collection (unless in better condition)

 Please call 315-548-4940 or fill out the "Add to Our Collection Form" to begin the donation process.
