If you have never submitted our Artist Info Form please do  so before submitting this Call for Art Form. To enter work for a specific show we require that you fill out and submit the form below. This allows us to decide which art to accept for each show and also gathers your information in a format that is consistent with each piece’s Wall Card.​ If you fail to submit this form we will not accept your art.
