Administrative Assistant Job Posting

The Phelps Community Historical Society is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team and our mission to preserve and promote local history.
     This is an on-site position currently requiring between 21 and 25 hours per week on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with an occasional Saturday. 
     Starting wage range is $16-$20 per hour depending on experience.
Requirements include:
  • General office duty abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in computer applications and social media
