Thanks to volunteers and generous people like you, the Phelps Community Historical Society is here to stay. We are telling the hundreds of stories of Phelps and its residents in so many ways. That is our mission. Phelps is a part of all of us. We are who we are, in important ways, because of our Phelps history. As we move through the 21st century, we will face great challenges to keep the vision of the Society’s founders vital. As a result of generous giving, we have three buildings housing our collections of artifacts and historical records. Our mission has expanded to the internet with a website that broadens the scope of how we can tell our story – your story. There is much work to do to maintain and fulfill this mission. If you are so fortunate as to be able to leave a legacy (endowment or bequest), we would like you to consider a gift to the Phelps Community Historical Society. Words would not sufficiently express just how thankful the Society would be and how useful your gift could be.
