PCHS Acquisition Protocol
The decision to accept or reject an item for our collection rests with the PCHS Curator. To streamline the donation process please contact the Curator before bringing your item(s) to the Howe House. Digital copies or photos of items might speed the donation process.

Due to space limitations, the PCHS Collections Committee has established the following criteria for items being considered for donation:
 - Relevant to Phelps 
 -In good condition 
 -Item that can be properly cared for and /or stored by the PCHS
 -Not a duplicate of an item already in the collection (unless in better condition).
